All orders are eligible for exchange only, as per the conditions below.

We provide replacement (exchange) only in the following cases:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
📸 4. Proof Required
To process your exchange request, you must provide:

Product images showing the issue
Without proper proof, we may not be able to process your request.

Once your request is approved:

Exchange delivery time may take 4–7 days

Exchange will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

Used or damaged product by customer
🚚 7. Cash On Delivery Orders
All COD orders are final and cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
